What does one licence cover?
One panel: its main server plus as many load-balancer servers as you join to it, at no extra charge. A second, separate panel needs its own subscription.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing page of the customer portal. You can also update your card, download invoices and cancel there.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the licence ends and the panel stops after a short grace period.
What if a payment fails?
Your panel keeps streaming while we retry, but the admin panel turns read-only until the payment goes through. If every retry fails, the subscription ends.
How many trials can I take?
One free trial per account.
Who can sign up during early access?
Sign-up is invite-only while we onboard a first group of operators. Ask for an invite through the contact page. Invited operators get the founding price of €29 a month for the first 50 customers, kept for as long as their subscription stays active.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Payments already made are not refunded, and never when a licence is ended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
